We are now on a pre-order schedule for this engine. This engine is the real thing. Of course you can DIY a frame if you like and attach this engine!This model is not only a static viewing engine, but it also has a working engine. Use gasoline as fuel.It has a cylinder diameter of 13MM, a displacement of 1.9CC and a brass flywheel of 100MM. It comes with an external starter wheel.

Some engines get my immediate and full attention. That R18 is one of them. Not only does it look scale but it also runs at low rpm like the original 1886 Benz ‘Patent’ engine. VERY NICE WORK, Jin.

This appears to be the production model of the R18. The changes that I can see are a much higher level of polish, a more scale cast flywheel, an oil cup on the cylinder, and the exhaust header/muffler is installed. No doubt there are more refinements.
