Great video Jon of a lovely miniature railway. Loads of work keeping on top of maintaining a miniature railway but worth it.

Unforunately there's been a major lack of maintenance in recent years, the track has been in place for 30years, over that time it's had a lot of use, where sleepers need replacing these are been done, and new ballasted added to stabilise the track. A lot of work indeed, but it's actually great fun.
