Very rare wire cutting tool

Seen one online, they were very rare and never used in combat much, would be for cutting wire on the battle field.
Made one just because.

Never seen this before, very cool Lenn!

Don't really see it as dangerous, as long as the projectile is allowed to clear the barrel... unless one comments from the other side of the fence of course.

Thanks for the link Lenn...

As i assumed, pretty useless when under fire, or even worse trying to sneak through enemy lines, where its use would turn any silent movement into "under fire" quite rapidly...but nonetheless a quite well functioning, and a fun oddity in infantery history.
Cheers
