What an amazing find, congratulations !
The 1x30" belt sander is one of the tools that gets most exercise here....as it is the only grinding tool i am allowed to have stored permanently in the living quarters.
(Was wise enough to buy a leather-belt for it, and swiftly sharpen the kitchen knives, which earned it a space in a kitchen cabinet 
)
I've kind of legitimatized it here by extolling its virtues as a knife-sharpener.
