Not a model, just a small sized (10 inch high) bench grinder/sharpener, unusual in that it's partly chain driven.
"Firefly" made by the Luther Grinder Manufacturing Company of Milwaukee USA, an EBay find just delivered today. I have spent a little time replacing missing split pins and circlips, just need to fabricate a tool rest to finish the job:

I've seen one of somewhat similar chain drive design, in the 1908 Sears catalog, but it is a larger version that is actually pedal powered.
