Geoff was one of a kind...a gentleman and a superb craftsman.  At the core of my Jensen 51 replica I had a triple pulley that was wearing oblong after a couple of hundred hours running.  Geoff made me an even better one than I started with and suggested a change to green rubber belting.  At 350 hours now on that engine...150 or more on Geoff's pulley and same green belting, without a smidge of wear to the pulley.  Traded him another engine for one of his beautiful nickel plated chuff pots.  I still have that chuff pot and always will, think of him every time I gaze at it.
