  I'd be willing to bet there is a bustling
trade in bootleg/untaxed ciggies.  New York
has hi taxes, but not that high, and the
underground cigarette sales are booming.
They even use fake tax stamps.  All that aside,
smoking ciggies is a nasty, dirty, stinky, and
expensive habit - and leave it at that.
