Blue Gill the Flying Fish
« on: January 02, 2022, 06:17:04 pm »
Thought I'd share a little folk art project I just finished. It's a jaw-flapping tail-wagging whirlygig that's been on the back burner for a long time. I'm just going to wait for decent weather to actually try him out but I fear the primitive machinery won't work that well in the long run. He'll probably just make another decoration for the steam room but it was fun building him.

Well you certainly nailed it in the detail dept , but it sure would be of interest to see it in a bit of finger twirling action.😉
Nice work Larry.

Nice work Larry.

Look forward to seeing it in some wind.

You could always simulate indoors with a little fan.:)
