Argh!

Now you've done it ..... made me droolingly hungry for things that are a little hard to come by just now. We do have a goodly Crawdad population here locally, but Lobster, Prawns and Shrimp are in rather short supply around here ..... except at the grocery store!!!   ;c)

All looks good to me! The shrimp at the restaurant just had the tail left on. I asked what size shrimp they were and figured it was about 4 to 4-1/2 pounds of shrimp and probably another half a pound of butter that went down with it 😂 Your crayfish put ours to shame :D

I don’t miss “steak and lobster” month at the restaurant I used to work at… I’d have to crack open about 500 tails a night at the beginning of my shift  :D

I need to ask my aunt where she lived in Australia out of college in the early ‘80’s for nearly 10 years… Maybe I need to talk her into going back for a visit so I can tag along  :D
