Bruce download DaVinci Resolve, its totally free....this will give you an idea of what a 'real' video editing program is like to use.
They all have a pretty similar interface, but their learning curves can be steep, but at least you can get a 'free' feel for what the programs are like to use. This isn't as easy to learn as Filmora, its professional grade  -
