Ya know Gil .... I've always thought of you as a "lucky" fellow, but to have people you don't even know want to give you their whole inheritance .... well that's really lucky, isn't it???  ;c)

Might be me and my mediocre english-skills misunderstanding the text...but as i read it, she doesnīt actually promise you her estate, just her inheritance.
Wonder what she inherited, and now want to pass on...bet it ainīt housebroken.

On a similar note I've inherited several million from a mining Co in Nigeria... just waiting for it to paid into my bank account 😁🤔

Note she can't even spell her own name the same way twice in 1 sentence.
