Would you recognize this whistle ?

Bonjour,
I was given this whistle like a steamboat whistle, which is obviously not the case, and I don't know its origin, would you have any idea of its origin, its brand?
Its thread at the end of its pipe nut is small but not the metric 5 x 0.5 mm I know.
