PM Research
« on: June 04, 2019, 04:46:51 pm »
Hello guys,
I’m hoping someone here can help me with this little problem I have.
I’m looking for a hex head screw substitute for my PMR3 engine. I don’t like the slotted cheese head screws that it comes with. Could someone please direct me to a source for these screws?
I know there are a lot of fellow American members here that have these engines. 😀
Thanks,
Mike

If they aren't procurable Mike, someone with a lathe would be able to turn some up for you.

Hopefully they are just a click of mouse order away from being delivered to your door though. They will dress your engine up.

I have used the #5-40 hex head bolts from microfasteners on my #3 engines. I think they look good.
I had to shorten the bolts to secure the cylinder head cap.
