worn big end?

Hi,is there anyway of repairing the big end on a TE1a is its a tad worn? Thinking of filling with silver solder and re drilling? Would that be ok?

How about boring a bit bigger and soldering in a segment of brass tubing to act as a bearing, well bushing anyway?
