Nice treatment .... very eye catching, and it runs well too boot!

Bonjour Bruce,
As I have the same one, I can compare and congratulate you, this enhancement really is worth it.
Your engine seems to be slower than mine, did you change somethong ? The springs ?

Great job Bruce!

It never occurred to me to nickel plate one.

I think you may have started a new trend. 🤠

Thanks Raphael, its pretty much as it came out of the box right here at this point ,several forum members have had many suggestions on how to make them run slower which I will implement.

Thanks Charlie , it took me several hours to clean out all the nickel plating gunk from the tubing & radiator & polish all those hard to reach spots again, & then reassemble everything. but it came out as I hoped it would & was worth the effort.

I intend (somewhere down the line) to give it a proper base/mount.

I found out its a good idea to wrap a rubber band around the battery box a few times, the only problem I've had thus far is the middle battery got enough dislodged from its holder to make it quit running, but still have enough connection to give an occasional spark when trying to restart it.
