Cotswold Heritage Beam Engine running slowly

Beam engines always look really nice running at a realistic slow speed and the Cotswold Heritage beam engine just ran so nice and slow ticking over powering the Baker fan, the Baker fan has turned into my favourite steam accessory to run lately (as many of you will attest 😀).
This is the MSM (Miniature Steam Models) 4" copper gas fired boiler that I put up in yesterdays video showing the stacks exhaust reigniting when a flame was held to it. Appreciate all the replies, I'm slowly working my way through the suggestions on to solving why that was happening.

Hi Guys this Baker fan looks really nice. All these fans look quite similar. Are they available ready made or are there a set of plans available?
regards

Hello Jim,
the slow running machine makes an authentic impression. Very nice, fun to watch. I noticed that the machine runs a bit out of round at this low rotation speed. Is this due to the low rotation speed and the force that has to be applied at the same time to operate the Baker Fan?

Thanks for showing die Video.
Cheers
Jürgen

Thanks all, it was a rainy day yesterday and was nice just watching this for an hour or so running at this relaxing speed.

Jürgen, I think it was just because it was running so slowly.

Thanks for the reply Bruce. Do you happen to have any dimensions available for the Baker fans just to give me a start?.
Its nice to have them about the same size when we are talking about loading etc
