Hi Daniel. It is a 6 cylinder engine with just 5 moving parts.

I've seen them done both ways Gil, with only one set receiving pressure, while the other end of the elbow is just vented and idling. I suppose you could make it into a pump that way too.

I have looked at the design before but I feel manufacturing one is beyond my pay grade .
