Absolutely, Henry had to do it because of the valve leaks he had noticed.
I don't know how any quality control is done but three major issues on the same engine is unacceptable to my opinion and I pity buyers who don't have a competent friend.
I have had more or less issues with all my Chinese Hot & Miss engines, hopefully solved (thanks Gil
)so I have decided to stop buying any other one from China especially since the prices have doubled.
Unfortunately, who would sell these "toys" elsewhere ... ?
