My wife and I were at the show also set up in the model building.  Both of my granddaughters, Rachel and Natalie, have been coming to shows with us since they could walk.  At the Rock River show when Rachel turned 13 until she went off to college she fired the boiler on the pile driver.  She lives about 4 hours from the Rollag show and is interested in getting back to working with steam.  She had her "working stuff" gloves, shoes, grungy clothes and on Sunday she disappeared for about three hours in the late afternoon. We were getting ready to leave and sent her sister looking for her.  Rachel came back covered in coal dust, big smile on her, she had been on the steam shovel having fun.  She signed up for steam school and will be back at Rollag next year I am sure.
