First Purchase of 2022; Bing 10/133 Ships Engine 🤠
« on: January 09, 2022, 02:48:48 pm »
My first steam engine purchase in 2022.

I think I now have 10+ Ships Engines that I have collected.

The video provides an explanation of this one.

Glad you got that one Charlie! I was very interested, but it looked like many others were too… stayed up for the auction end but kept myself from throwing in a final second bid. Off to watch the video now  :)

Shame about the shipping damage  :(  but it looks like the dent pulled out pretty good 👍

Nice buy Charlie! Not exactly the same, but this one in Germany may show you how the exhaust line should be.

Thanks Brent.  Still a little wood to chop on this one.

I forgot to mention that the engine came with quite a bit of "jewelry".

Beautiful plant Charlie. Guess we'll have to wait till next year's cabin fever to see it in person!
Are you collecting boats as well :}

Congrats to that purchase - 10 +
no wonder that I have none of these - they are all in Texas!
I would bring the exhaust back to original - all other is
very nice.
have a nice day, Arnold

Thanks Arnold.

I am definitely going to fix the exhaust.

A terrible modification.

Congratulations on the nice Bing marine. I too really like marine style engines. I would live to see your "family portrait!"
