Hi, George,

I've also used the Logan to make the cylinder for Dr. Senft's Thimble Engine (1/16" bore and stroke, with an integral trunnion threaded internally 000-120)), and had no trouble running off four (in case of goofs). Ironically, though, I keep messing up the engine frame, even though I have a dandy little Sherline mill to make it with.

I think the skill of the worker enters into this somewhere, and I'm not very skilled, I fear.
