Steam Engine + Steam Hammer + Toy Caps = FUN

Finally got around to 'Bustin Caps' using my steam driven trip hammer.
Literally was a blast and did enjoy myself immensely :)

Better be careful there Jim ..... any day now the fun police are going to be coming around and knocking on your door!  ;c)

That's a great combo Jim, the Jensen with the trip hammer! Just what you need to play with strip caps if you don't have a Roy Rodgers cap gun handy.

First of all… Sorry Jenny 😂 😂

That video was a blast to watch  :D  Loved your reaction to the first cap at about 6:37  :D Fun to see all the paper flying around after the blast  :D

Please get a video of the grandkids playing too. If you need some more ideas, black peppercorns placed on the table with a tweezer can be fun. I don’t think your hammers are heavy enough, but maybe large bubble wrap?

What’s next? Small pistol/rifle primers 😂

Thanks Larry, all the toy shop guns now have those plastic caps.........seems like these paper roll caps from our childhood are going the way of B&W TV's.

The blackpowder(?) sure did rust the mild steel table quickly.
