Paillard Swiss Clockwork Fan Circa 1902

Here is a short video of the early clockwork fan I purchased at the Coolspring engine show.

Am so impressed that it´ll run for an hour on a full winding, what a cool piece (pun intended) you´ve bought there Doug.

Good that it runs for an hour, otherwise you'd need it to cool down after multiple winds. ;D

Nice fan and video Doug. I think the painting was more in the style of Japanese painted lacquerware which was in vogue at the time.
