ISO only works if it is honestly applied. That is true of traditional QA as well, but in my opinion, it is easier to spoof the system now than it was before, with fewer in-house checks and balances and customer audits and hard copy paper trails.

Beyond that, I doubt that this fellow in Poland is likely to pay the needed licensing (extortion) fee to ISO his one-man shop!
