I was lucky enough to meet his father in the mid '90's. My dad was looking for someone to cut a helical gear so we found Jim's blacksmith shop. He couldn't do it, but he got in the pickup with us and took us to someone else that could (he was on oxygen at the time). That was long before I knew Jim and my great-uncles dad were brothers... Wish I would have known all this long ago and had not just recently found out about Steam School. I would love to see if I could invite you to the threshing get-together coming up in West Concord, Jerred and Eileen are usually there.
