J. Falk engine in need of new boiler (and more!)

Greetings all,
This poor broken engine was brought to me by a friend of mine, who told the owner who asked him to "just get it going" he would do his best to see what he could do. The owner said he would pay the cost. My first reaction to my frierndf was, the cost to 'just get it going' will be high enough that the owner might not want to pay for the repairs. And nione of this includes any restorative work on the engine. Well, I have more than enough on my plate right now just trying to survive by selling assets, so I told him I would post this and ask if anyone knows who could and does make replacement boilers for little engines like this. The dimensions I got were:
Boiler diameter - 48mm
Length to end of caps - 117mm
PSV bushing thread diameter - 6mm
Replacement stack needed - 23mm X 23cm length
If anyone ha any information as to where my friend can go to get a replacement built, and find the fittings, please let me know.

Well within my capabilities.
I could possibly even repair the existing boiler ( new end plate etc )
It depends if they want a sight glass or not .
Only issue is I am in New Zealand

Get back to me if it is a possibility
Main cost would be the shipping both ways
 I will also measure my spare boilers
