Gotta email that you replied so here i am, i want to explain something to those that think i`m a jerk.
I`ve been going down hill for quite a while with a bunch of health issues, if i sit for too long  and get up i can`t put one foot in front of another and walk.
I`m 67 years old and suffering, can`t ride my motorcycle which i`ve ridden for 50 years which is very discouraging.
Can`t run trains boat or anything else, we get to the shop and have been making some wood vintage toys i`ll try and post some of them up.
It isn`t easy, haven`t been off the property for a year and don`t want too so hope ya can forgive my orneriness.
Thanks for thinking about me.
Lenn

I know your health is poor Lenn, and I’m glad to see you stopped in. I think of you often and if I lived closer, you probably wouldn’t be able to keep me away! By the way, Thank You for your service too.

Thank you ALL for the story of the Big Fitz.
Model and original - very interesting.
A great tragedy...

Found this film that shows the work on a taconite freighter.
