Might Not Even Float
« on: March 17, 2019, 08:27:52 pm »
It fell off a shelf, then was given to me.

I've re-installed and geared down the electric motor, fixed the paddlewheels, and made the false walking beam move.

Lots to go. I peck away at it.

That's a good looking model - will be interested to see if it does float when you get finished (I'd bet that it will after all your work)! ;)

A beautiful boat.

Good luck with the resuscitation of the patient. 🤠

Gonna plank the deck in teak. Hate the original builder's pencil lines, even though they were excellently done.

That's what happens when you don't pay attention and doublecheck your post, you make spelling/typing mistakes!

Not yet. Too much spring lawn/garden work. Spring is short around here, so it takes a lot of time...
