I've built several boats over the years, mostly steam powered, a couple of them were electric.
Last spring I found a couple of outboards on line and decided to build a boat to mount them on.
Here's what I came up with.

Neat & clean boat construction there Bill. Are you working from a plan or is it your own design?

Finished product looks just the thing for the twin outboards..... though the steering seems just a touch squirrely, or maybe it's just that the captain has been into the rum locker again?!?!?   ;c)

It looks like the boat survived the mild collision with the swim dock.

Where did you source the outboard motor?

Would love to see a closeup of the RC Controls in the Boat.

Thanks Charlie, I'm sure the collision would have been worse if it weren't for my cat-like reflexes.
I got the two motors from Ebay in 2018, it takes me a while to get around to a build.
Anyway my Ebay purchases only show back to 2019 so I'll look for the instructions, they should have the manufacturer's name on them.
as far as the wiring it was basicaly just an ESC a reciever and a battery.

I tend to gravitate toward the older boat models for thier classic look and simplicity when building.
