I am selling my steam pumping engine. It is an engine built by Rolls in circa 1904.
Dimensions: 7 x 9 3/4 in. (17.7 x 24.8cm). It comes in a glazed case (the glass has some cracks).
The attached pictures of the engine are part of the listing. You will also find a picture of the auction catalog from which we bought it.
An early 20th-Century model steam pumping set built by Rolls, circa 1904 with single cylinder form pillar vertical engine with metal clad cylinder 1inc. bor x 1in. stroke, piston valve, frame mounted slipper type crosshead guide, inlet and exhaust pipework, studded stuffing boxes, the crankshaft with three main bearing and disc flywheel direct coupled to a centrifugal water pump with flanged pipe joints and air bleed valve, finished in green, black and polished brightwork.
I am selling the engine from Amsterdam, The Netherlands and I can ship worldwide. Payment is done through PayPal and shipment costs will be paid by the buyer.
