Ertl IHC hit n Miss Toy "modified" "SOLD"
« on: December 30, 2023, 07:48:22 pm »
1991 Ertl Case corp hit n miss cast metal toy.
I modified it to be ran by a model steam engine by replacing the axle, reaming out the journals and flywheels to a tight tolerance, I added 2 oiling ports for the axle and tapered and grooved the pulley to accept either a flat belt or round Poly belt. this is 30+ yrs. old so not brand new by any means, but in very good shape with minimal paint loss or scratch's, I just enjoy converting these. I priced them on Ebay and they sell for more with no work done to them. $50 (inc shipping to US) just pm me if interested please. I will inc. a Poly belt to drive it with.
