Steam engines gas burner!
« on: August 04, 2019, 08:25:09 am »
Affordable alternative to the expensive ceramic gas burners. This listing is only for the burner with gas jet instaled. In order to work you will need gas hose with 5mm inner diameter, and also gas regulator valve for your own gas tank. Gas jet nozzle is 0.2mm, you can easily screw it in or out inside venturi, to set the right air-fuel mixture, after that you just lock it with locking nut on the top of venturi.
The black venturi handle is made from Teflon with 25% Graphite and able to withstand very high temperatures. Two side holes should newer be covered, they serve to supply the burner with air!

Any plans to make a small/short round burner for vertical boilers? Have yet to find a good supplier... the BIX ones are to tall and the ceramic hits the top of the firebox opening.

I plan to have round burners in the near future, i will keep on mind to make them more short when it comes to that.
