That looks like a horizontal steam powered egg beater that makes perfect meringue every time.

Steamco, the only collection that I have complete (I think anyway), and yes, they are very stout and willing runners! Sad that they are no longer in production or readily available.

Yes, the only one done in white that I've ever seen. They were usually done in either dark blue or burgundy.
