Empire No.34, B-34 & Windlass, and Buffer Grinder No.52
« on: May 04, 2023, 12:50:13 pm »
Not sure how USPS Parcel Select delivered from NY to TX in two days but I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth! So here we have my "new" Empire No.34, B-34 & Windlass Variable Speed Units, and a Buffer Grinder No.52 accessories.  I think they are very fine & nice examples!!

PS:  Items from Slowjoey antiques (eBay) from the Carl Pilletteri collection

Whoa man, you are really vacuuming the market to be picking up all these wonderfully representative samples!

That Slow-Joey guy is really doing you right!!!

SlowJoey (Joe) is a real nice fellow.  I believe he told me he is 79 and that he worked for IBM selling System 34 Main Frames (I know the "newer" model, System 36).  One time he called me (from iPhone) while driving to a estate sell.  Heck I know people my age that can't figure out their phones, much less call from their cars on bluetooth!  LOL

Stealing @Nick photo from his post - which matches it!
