Woe's antique follies.
« on: March 31, 2022, 03:38:55 pm »
Went looking for small figures of workmen to put in pictures of steam engines. Maybe three
inches high. Hit the six local shops in town. None of the shops had a worker with a wrench
or oil can or even just wearing some jeans or work clothes. I did how ever find one I can
use. The night watchman, who is always eating a sandwich and watching the steam engines do
their thing. Just like us, only smaller.

  Meet Norm.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, when I'm looking for steam engines, none to be found. When I'm looking
for a figure of a worker, what do you think I find. Turned the flywheel, you could hear it pulling
in air and then pushing it out. Wasn't looking for one but at this price, it's not staying here for
the next guy.

Slick looking engine. Also, there is a career in set design waiting for you.  Just think of all  the money wasted on photo backdrops.  Cardboard to the rescue, 🤣
