I bought this recently on ebay. It was in terrible shape, but I was curious about the green stuff can looking object attached to the crankshaft and no visible flywheel. This is different than any others I have.  I disassembled it, and inside the can is a wooden flywheel glued to the can.  One coil is shorted, so I bypassed it. I now have it running. It is not in the nicest shape, but different.
