Stuart-Turner Motor Information Needed
« on: October 22, 2021, 06:08:11 pm »
I bought this recently on Ebay.  Although I've seen and owned a number of the Stuart-Turner generators, I don't remember seeing this motor on Ebay or anywhere else since I have been collecting over the past six or seven years.  I'm curious for some information, as to its age and rarity.  The only thing I've been able to find is an ad from 1965, showing both the Stuart Turner motor and generator.  I don't believe either of these are available from Stuart today.  I'd appreciate any other additional information others might have.

That is a very nice looking example, Doug.

I have one and it is a neat little motor.

I think they are pretty rare as I have seen only a very few.

Congrats,

Gil

Kinda glad you missed it! I paid enough for it as it was, although it,s hard to know what somethings worth when you don,t see them come up for sale. Glad i got it though, regardless of the price.
