The 2020 Black Hills Model Engineering Show is on track and will take place on September 26th & 27th. This will be the 20th and LAST show. The show founder, Clif Roemmich will be displaying his entire collection of engines built over the past 50 years. Well, this is the weekend after our 5th wedding anniversary... seems like a good excuse for an anniversary trip 

Will any of the Canadians be able to make it due to the virus like Kelly?

Beyond disappointed that I will not be able to go. Around 1:30 pm the school called and told us to pick up our son immediately because he was in close contact with a student on the 21st that tested positive for COVID. Had everything packed and we were ready to drop the 3 kids off with my mom in the morning... Was going to be a fun weekend getaway. Now our son has to quarantine for 14 days and he and my wife have to be tested on Saturday. If they test positive then myself and our other son will have to be tested as well. Was really looking forward to the show as we were going to run on live steam as well as air.

So sorry to hear this, Nick. Clif's last show, too!

We are all well, no symptoms, wife and son tested negative. Now we just have to survive 6 more days of homeschooling!
