RedRyder's Table

RedRyder's Table

Below is a video showing 3 gas engine models and one Rider Ericsson Stirling Cycle pumping engine.

To be clear, I had no idea we would have a Global Power-Up 2025 until I found Nick's handy work this morning.

Thanks, Nick, for all you do here!

Enjoy,

Gil

Was a last minute, 3am decision to keep it going… had posted plans a couple months ago, then we all kept getting sick and next thing I know, the weekend was here! I’m not expecting anyone to get carried away with elaborate displays, just hoping it encourages a few to fire up an engine and share a couple pics or a video. Will definitely be stopping back and your table when my weekend slows down, Tahoe for joining the fun!

World's only half-scale model of a Coles Corliss.

A superb precision build by Bill Huxhold

Enjoy,

Gil

Hi Don, just open the "Engineers Hall" board at the top of our index and post a new topic for your table.

You can name it Don6698's table or Don's Table or just about anything you wany.

All the best,

Gil

Here I will add a dynamo to the mix.

It was offered in the 1906 Stuart Turner Catalog.

Avery Multi Polar Dynamo

Enjoy,

Gil

.
Last offering for this weekend at The Office of Steam Forum Global Power-Up

It is the Stuart 800 Gas Engine with a cooling water supply piped into it.

I ran a garden hose from a tap in our heating oil tank room into the bottom of the engine.
What came out the top went into another garden hose that emptied into the sump pump well.

Enjoy,

Gil
