I built this steam plant for a model tug boat that I intended to build, but got side tracked with a traction engine build.

A very nicely built launch plant Michael.

Keeping my fingers crossed, that you brought a peek at the TE build to your table, must be something to sidetrack you from this beauty  :)

That steam plant is positively SUPERB, and my thinking is that perhaps it is time for you to consider getting back to the Tug Boat Build!

The traction engine is a 3" scale Marshall, the engine took me 8 years to complete.

That Marshall is downright amazing !!!

I can see how such a project could derail almost any previous plans.

Hi Nick,

Yes the first firing was a bit nerve racking but all went well, I only had to alter the size of the blast nozzle to increase the the draught on the fire.
