The double run was cut short by a leaky steam line on the earlier model...

I switched to gas and ran the newer model for awhile

There is still a blue model (in between these two) that I have seen and would like to add to the collection... can't remember which side the engine was on that one...

Thanks Bill, just got back home from a toy tractor show with my grandpa and the kids. Was hoping to find an oddball steam engine, but there was just a diecast Ertl Case here and there, nothing special...

Hoping to get at least two more engines filmed this evening  :)

I love the Girthy Fleischmann's, sort of the last gasp of the Nuremberg School or traditional steam toys.

Nice pair you've got there Nick, and that they are mirrored to each other makes it even better!
