Chinese hit & miss coolant tank

My silver hit & miss engine arrived today only 5 days from CHINA to Australia
Looking at the coolant tank there is no hole in the bottom of the tank as iv,e seen on others     is this going to be a problem? iv,e read people saying coolant is not really requires so i,m not sure is it possible to make a hole in the bottom will this allow coolant around the cylinder
any help will be great

Lucky man, I waited for mine several weeks  ;D
To which engine reference do you refer ? My M91 has no coolant tank but just a radiator. Picture welcome.

sorry its a horizontal engine
Better move to Australia good weather & fast delivery of hit & miss engines !!
