Bonjour,
My engine came with the same process.
Little "detail", when I received it, the postman asked me 35,00 € for administrative fees and customs fees based on a declared value by Jin of 50, 00 $  :(

Missed the postman by 18 minutes today...since my M91 engine must be signed for, it was not left and I have to go to post office tomorrow to claim it.  Nuisance, but what can one do.

Number 8 (I think as the penmanship is a little stilted) showed up late today - looking forward to trying it out tomorrow.
Regards,

#10 showed up this week while we were away in New Mexico/Colorado. We arrived home and I opened the package. In perfect condition. I will not be able to run it until next week. Can’t wait!

At least it's not being picked up off of a friend's lawn five miles away, like some of your deliveries have been known to happen!

#15 arrived in California today. Needed a half turn on the needle valve and it started right up.  I added a rope start to spin it up and make starting easy. I’ll have to post a video of it..... ;)

Received #6 today, but so far I have been unable to get it running.  Fresh batteries, good spark, fresh fuel and spinning the counterweight equipped flywheel clockwise...but no joy.

I will mess with it some more Sat., my wrist is tired of spinning that flywheel.

Rog, turn the wheel slowly until it reaches maximum compression or top dead center.
Then push the exhaust valve open with a finger on the rocker arm to relieve compression all while holding the wheel position steady.
Make sure the needle valve is open about 5/8 of a turn (these are thirstier than the M90).
Place your finger over the air intake and rotate the wheel 1/2 turn to bottom dead center to draw in fuel.
then remove your finger, wind the wheel clockwise until you are coming up on compression again.
Now grip it firmly and give a a good spin through compression. It should start after a couple turns.

With the radiator on the right side of the engine spin the flywheel facing you in a clockwise direction. I’m running mine on lighter fluid and a touch of castor oil.

Using a string pull starter, I’m able to get 6-8 rotations of the engine and nearly perfect starting.
