Order was placed 8/28.  The freight carrier’s tracking shows a shipping label has been created. That means maybe three weeks left to wait…… 

At times, shipping out of China can be worrisome. Not this time. Once the carrier notified me they’d been given the label, they’ve been all over it.   They told me it’s cleared their facility in HK, and I’ll have it in upstate NY by Tuesday, end of day.   For a kid who grew up mailing in offers found on cereal boxes or in magazines, expecting delivery times in multiple weeks or months isn’t unsettling. Four or five days door to door with standard shipping and over eight thousand miles, that’s a bit freaky.
