The founder of our hotel The Lockport Inn & Suites (1968) still drives around in this fine old '59 Cadillac convertible. He and two sons still run the place today. They have executed on  a very good guest safety program. After each gust checks out, the room is completely sterilized by sanitizing cleaners, sanitizing fog, ozone, and UV lighting. Then the room remains empty for at least 72 hours before anyone is let in. This policy is even in writing. I believe they also had guests only in every other room at most.

Here's the Caddy:

Wayne & Tracy Grenning hosted a truly nice event to celebrate the grand opening of the new Grenning Engine Shed.
This is a new building at behind their home and next to their machine shop.

Here are a few pictures.

There are propane and hydrogen manifolds piped throughout with manifolds on the walls and pipes set into the heavy concrete floor.

I just finished editing the first video from this visit.

This covers one special engine.... A National Gas Engine Type N

For this video I used Mrs RedRyder's  S20+ phone which has a terrific camera. I think it did a great job for us. (and I thought my S9 did a good job).

Enjoy,

Gil

WOW!! That's a perfect little museum  8)  I would love to have the same for my steam toys someday... How fun it would be to invite everyone over for a steam/fire-up in a place like that  8)

Looks like a wonderful mental health trip Gil. 🤠

And this is a Mega Man Cave!

The tables with the black curved legs look perfect.

Did Wayne make these tables?

Hi Charlie, Yes Wayne made all those tables. He bought up old machinery legs and frames, sandblested them, added brackets, painted them with black epoxy and made the wood table parts. They caught our eye too. They are sturdy, work great, and are perfect for single piece displays, even heavy ones.

Here, after much editing and patching together clips, is a video
That shows a lot of the experience.

Enjoy!
