« on: June 14, 2020, 12:43:58 pm »
I have a Coles Hit and Miss model. I recently acquired. It has ran great. It ran out of Gas. And now when you start it, It will fire three or four times and stall. it has good spark and clean fuel. Any ideas?

By gas are you meaning  compressed gas or gasoline as a liquid ?
If liquid did it manage to suck into carburettor a speck of crap
when it ran out ?

Coleman Camp Fuel. I cleaned the tank. And removed the needle valve, and cleaned it.

Is there a check valve in the fuel line? If so, is it operating properly?

No check valve. The strange things it ran so good. For a least an hour straight.

Found the problem. The carb has a inlet that will swivel. It was moved out of place. Not letting gas through.
Thanks,
