That's an impressive engine Daniel.

Will you ever be able to run that on steam do you think or will it always be on air?

Don't really know Jim ..... best I've got is an old Stuart 504 that I think may be able to idle this big Sipp with no more than the lightest of loads, but do not ever expect to have a boiler capable of actually producing the steam volume and pressure at the 1/2 hp level. If all turns out well with this engine (perhaps too much to expect), I have hopes that it will respond to lung pressure like it's little brother the 1/4 hp does, but time will tell.
