I watched, too.

"Watched", mind, probably they will charge for that as well, soon...

About 27% auctioneer's fee on the hammer price....

I got my Doll & Cie 502/5 mobile Engine Circa 1925-1930 & the 517 almost 10 years ago. They only needed some dusting.
I also have an additional 517 that needs minor restoration. The boiler end cap will have to be removed to solder new threaded washers for the loose fittings. I did not have the time to tackle it yet. If a forum member is interested in it let me know. I am open to sell or trade it with a rare steam item that I do not have.

Unfortunately, I was one of the losing bidders for the chimneys. That's how it is when you're too stingy.
Cheers

I guess the winning bid was 120 - that was not much for these tree rare chimneys -
but with all premium and postage it costs easy 180 - that is too much to have fun....

Here we go Arnold, pictures are below. Spare complete governor & tap in a separate picture. It’s also missing the Doll burner; it came with the Bing burner shown that I am not trading. Thank you for the pictures - there are many nice items on the shelf....
The Burner is Bing 130/383 - but the Doll is a great piece of history.
I think it is possible to bring it back with some effort. There is a
guy in the Netherlands that can make a replica burner.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year, Arnold
