Well Jim that windmill in your post !!
It looks like i would need to make a Vertical Renown about 3 or 4 times the
original size to complete the assembly

Dennis....one day if you've ever got nothing to do (yeah I know when the cows sprout wings and fly in to get milked 
) I'd love to get my Renown missing the pump and windmill whole
So what have you got ?

That is a simple job for those with the know how.
Fortunately for you I have the know how and experience.
I have heard Aussie muttering about the damn blade setup and soldering
requireing jigs etc but being a Kiwi I think outside the square
And no jig required.
I have also witnessed mutterings bout bending the compound angles for tower.
Once agin a simple job
Cost could be the issue .
Complete new fan/blade setup ready to paint and run NZ$75.00
Tower and large pulley , axles , piston/cylinder ,engine bracket ?
