A very nice property that I envy you. Although, from what I see, you have a lot of lawn to mow. Will you still have enough time for your other activities?
Cheers

Ok, ok, that will work. But have a look at Charly's plot of land.😂

By the way, great mower👍

Sorry about your home. My youngest son passed away in Jan. And I becam administer of the estate. Un rules relatives raided the home and banks . The home was in the middle of remodeling so a big mess. Previous relatives refused to clear her stuff out so I was forced to advise them or I woul clean it ou. No response so I filled pan 11 cu yd dumpster. With junk. Then we had to finish the remodeling. It took all summer . But finally put the home on the market. Had offer in 3 days. It took a month to close but it finally did. I’m almost finished with the financial part. My attorney took a leave of sbscence. And has not returned yet. Have not even received a bill yet.  But it is getting close.  I’m surprised you are having issues. The housing market is supposed to be very seller biased.  We had an open and shut deal right from the start. My realtor hand carried the paperwork clear across town. I had to go to the anoka court house once to get the title transferred to me but otherwise smooth.

Well I do hoe it all works ou for you. Pack all those neat models carefully.  They look beautiful.

Thanks, Byron.

Glad your sale went so well and I am sorry for your loss.

Our home needs a lot of work that I will not do.
